| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨复发性翼状胬肉的治疗方法。方法:对42例(45眼)复发性翼状胬肉先行激素点眼及用含950mL/L酒精的小棉片贴敷后手术切除。术中加用丝裂霉素C并行角膜缘干细胞移植,对有睑球粘连患者加用羊膜覆盖。结果:所有患者随访6～12mo,均恢复良好,无复发。结论:对复发性翼状胬肉应根据病情进行综合分析与治疗。

| Abstract: | AIM:To probe into the therapy of recurrent pterygium.·METHODS:In the 42 cases (45 eyes),we infiltrated pterygiums with 950mL/L alcohol,then resected the pterygium,after that,applied Mitomycin-C and trans-planted stem cells of the corneal rim.For patients with symblepharon,amniotic membrane transplantation was performed.·RESULTS:All patients were followed up for 6-12 months.No recurrence was found.·CONCLUSION:The comprehensive analysis and therapy is an effective way for recurrent pterygium.· |
