社区护士师资培训方法研究

目的 开展社区护士师资培训,为后期社区护士培训提供参考.方法 通过文献查阅、专家咨询制定培训大纲；试卷考核、问卷调查、访谈法进行效果评价.结果 培训大纲的培训方式、培训内容及要求、组织管理、培训教材、培训效果总体满意度等43人综合评分分值＞90分,满意率100％；培训前摸底考试成绩＞70分7人(16.28％),培训后结业考试成绩＞70分37人(86.05％),理论水平明显提高；对教师的理论水平、实践经验、授课形式、授课态度、语言、表达技巧、教学效果、互动等综合评价37人评分＞90分,优秀率86.05％,6人评分为80～90分,良好率13.95％.结论 培训大纲科学性、可操作性强,培训总体满意度、教师满意度评分较高.

A training program for trainers of community nurses

Objective To develop a training program for trainers of community nurses,and to provide information for training community nurses. Methods Teaching syllable was established by using literature review and experts consultation,and then examination,questionnaire survey and interview were employed to evaluate the training effect. Results All the participants(43 cases) satisfied the training mode,training contents and requirements,organization and management,training textbook,and overall training effect,with the scores being greater than 90 points;7(16.28%) participants got greater than 70 points before the training program,and 37 participants(86.05%) scored greater than 70 points in final examination;all the participants expressed high satisfaction on teachers′theory level,practice experience,teaching mode,teaching attitude,language and expression skills,training effect,and interaction(37 participants scored >90 points,accounting for 86.05%,and the other 6 scored 80 to 90 points,accounting for 13.95%). Conclusion The training syllable is scientific and practical,and the overall satisfaction with the training program and teachers are high.
