一种戊二醛衍生物抑菌效果的试验观察

摘    要:该戊二醛衍生物是3—羟基—2,4—内代戊二醛,为可溶于水的乳白色粘稠液体。采用悬液抑菌试验,观察其抑菌效果。结果,戊二醛衍生物对大肠杆菌最小抑菌浓度为31.25 mg/L;以其10000mg/L溶液作用 1min,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均为 100%。向其 30 000 mg/ L溶液浸清后干燥的纸上加菌悬液作用20min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别为75.87%、80.00%和 73.96%。向其 10 000 mg/ L溶液浸渍后烘干的纯棉布上加菌悬液作用 3 min,对大肠杆菌抑菌率为 99.99%,经 50次洗涤后的抑菌率为 60.80%。该戊二醛衍生物对小白鼠口服 LD50为 16 950 mg/ kg(体重)。其 50 000 mg/ L溶液除对碳钢有轻度腐蚀作用外,对不锈钢、铜和铝均无腐蚀。

Abstract:The glutaraldehyde derivative is 3--hydroxy--2, 4--halogeno--glutaraldehyde.It is a water--soluble milky--colored viscous liquid. Its bacteriostatic/ fungistatic efficacy was observed using suspension bacteriostatic / fungistatic test. The results showed that its minimum inhibitory concentration for Escherichia coli was 31.25 mg / L and its 10 000 mg / L solution with a I minute contact time could inhibit 100% of both E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The inhibitory rates of E. coli, S. aureus and Candida albicans in suspension put on the paper dried after impregnated with its 30 000 mg / L solution were 75.87%, 80.00% and 73.96% respectively after contact for 20 min. The inhibitory rate of E. coli in suspension put on the pure cotton cloth dried after impregnated with its 10 000 mg / L solution was 99.99% after contact for 3 min and was 60.80% after the cloth had been washed for 50 times. The oral LD50 of this glutaraldehyde derivative in mice was 16 950 mg / kg (body weight). Its 50 000 mg / L sulution was not corrosive to stainless steel, copper and aluminum except slight corrosive effect on carbon steel.
