河南产百余种食物中磷含量分析

摘    要:用中国预防医学科学院提供的钼蓝比色法,对河南产100余种食物中的磷含量进行了测定。结果表明,豆类、肉类、粮谷类等磷的含量丰富,而蔬莱、水果类中磷含量很低,为制订河南食物成份表提供必要数据。

Abstract:Phosphorus contents in more than one hundred kinds of food produced in Henan was determined with the molybdenum blue colorimetric method, provided by the Chinese Preventive Medical Academy. The results show that beans, meat, cereals, etc, contain rich phosphorus, while vegetables and fruits contain little phosphorus, which provides the essential data for working out the Food Composition Table.
