摘    要:目的通过分析穴位埋线技术的培训、推广情况,探讨该技术在农村推广使用的可行性。方法选派医务人员进行集中培训,由其返回到医疗机构进行技术推广,收集相关资料并进行统计学检验。结果强化培训后,学员知晓率提高到84.29%,培训成绩提高到(83.21±1.18)分;培训对象全部掌握了该技术,急需该技术的占80.43%(37/46),认为该技术适用的占80.34%(37/46)。总的推广使用率为27.45%(14/51),总的推广使用有效率为95.16%(118/124)。人均培训总成本367.47元,人均培训直接成本299.17元。知晓率每提高一个百分点人均培训总成本38.97元、人均培训直接成本31.73元;平均成绩每提高一分人均培训总成本32.15元、人均培训直接成本26.17元。人均推广总成本159.34元,人均推广直接成本131.24元。结论穴位埋线技术符合农村卫生适宜技术"简、便、验、廉"的要求,适合在广大农村地区推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the situation of training and extending of Point-fiber insertion technology, and explore the feasibility of the technology to be promoted in the rural areas. Methods Intensive education was conducted to train the medical staff from the counties concerned in Lanzhou. After the training, the trainees went back to their own departments to use and propagate the technique. Then the relevent data were collected and tested statistically. Results After the intensive training, acquainting rates increased to 84.29 % and average scores reached at 83.21 ± 1.18. All of the participants believed that they had grasped the technique. The total promoted utilization rate was 27.45% (14/51), and gross effective rate in application was 95.16% (118/124). Total training cost per capita was 367.47 Yuan. Direct training cost per capita was 299.17 Yuan. Total training cost and direct training cost per capita were 38.97 Yuan and 31.73 Yuan uspeetively while the acquainting rates increased one percentage point. Total training cost and direct training cost per capita were 32.15 Yuan and 26.17 Yuan respectively while the average scores increased one. Total spreading cost of per capita was 159.34 Yuan. Direct spreading cost of per capita was 131.24 Yuan. Total spreading cost and direct spreading cost of per capita were 1.67 Yuan and 1.38 Yuan respectively while effective rate increased one percentage point. Conclusions Results from this study suggests that Point-fiber insertion technology is in accord with the requirements of proper health technique for rural areas, and suitable for use in the rural areas.
