电针配中药内服治疗肠易激综合征84例

目的:观察电针和中药内服治疗肠易激综合征的疗效.方法:168例病人随机分为治疗组84例和对照组84例.在一般治疗的基础上,治疗组给予电针配中药内服治疗,对照组给予西药内服治疗.两组各治疗30天.结果:治疗组腹痛(P＜0.5)、便秘(P＜0.001)、腹泻(P＜0.001)明显减少,显著优于对照组,植物神经功能紊乱减少不明显,与对照组无显著性差异.治疗组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P＜0.025).结论:电针配中药内服可以有效改善肠易激综合征病人的腹痛、便秘、腹泻等症状,对植物神经功能紊乱症状改善不明显.电针配中药内服疗效优于西药内服疗效.

Observation on the Curative Effect of Electroacupuneture plus Oral Medicinal Herbs Therapy on Irritable Bowel Syndrome with 84 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture plus oral medicinal herbs therapy on irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 168 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Each group contained 84 cases.On the base of routine treatment,the treatment group was treated with eletroacupuncture plus oral medicinal herbs therapy for 30 days.The control group was treated with oral medication therapy for 30 days. Results: The abdominalgia is significantly reduced after treatment ( P <0.05) ,so as the diarrhea ( P <0.001) and the constipation( P <0.001).The curative effects on abdominalgia,diarrhea and constipation in treatment group are significantly superior to in control group.The vegtative nerve functional disturbance in treatment group isn't signifcantly reduced after treatment.There are no significant difference between the two group's curative effect on vegetative nerve functional disturbance.The curative effect of treatment group is significantly superior to one of control group( P <0.025). Conclusions :The electroacupuncture plus oral medicinal herbs therapy can effective eliminate the symptom of abdominalgia,diarrhea and constipation of irritable bowel syndrome.It can not effective eliminate the symptom of vegetative nerve functional disturbance.The curative effect of electroacupuncture plus oral medicinal herbs therapy is significantly superior to the curative effect of oral medication therapy.
