四肢主要血管损伤的诊断及治疗(附41例报告)

目的：探讨四肢主要血管损伤的诊断和急诊修复的方法及时间.方法：通过对13年来41例肢体血管损伤病例，血循环重建手术的疗效总结、分析.结果：41例病例中急诊修复40例，二期截肢4例.37例保存肢体者随访2个月～10年，肢体功能接近或基本接近正常，能满足日常生活需要.结论：四肢主要血管损伤的修复，应尽早重建血循环，术中应重视无创伤技术，而其疗效与修复方法.受伤至修复的时间及有否全身或局部合并伤有直接关系。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Major Blood Vessel Injury of Limbs

Objective:To detect diagnostic and urgently repaired methods and opportunity after major blood vessel of limbs was injured. Methods:To sum up and analyze curable effects of rec.reconstructive vascular operation of 41 injured blood vessels of liambs during 13 years. Results: There were 4 cases of secondary amputation in 40 urgently repaired cases among 41. Other 37 cases had been followed up 2 months to 10 years, function of their limbs approached or were closer to normal and were able to meet the needs of daily life. Conclusions:It is the crux of repairing to rebuild blood supply as early as possible and to adopt non-invasive techniques. Curative effeet had direct relation with repaired method. time of no blood supply and whether other lesions were coexsisted.
