| 摘 要： | 目的 了解足月妊娠妇女凝血功能多项指标的临床意义。方法 采用美国产贝克曼全自动血凝仪 (ACL -90 0 0型 )检测 1 50例足月妊娠妇女与 1 0 0例健康非孕妇女凝血酶原时间 (PT) ,部分凝血酶原时间 (APTT) ,凝血酶时间(TT) ,纤维蛋白原 (FIB)。结果 足月妊娠妇女PT、APTT、TT均较对照组明显缩短 (P<0 .0 5或P<0 .0 1 ) ,FIB极其明显增多 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 足月妊娠妇女血液凝血程度明显高于非孕对照组 ,处于高凝状态。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changes of main indexes of blood coagulation function of later pregnant women. Methods The blood coagulation function indexes in 150 later pregnant and 100 non-pregnant healthy women were determined by ACL-9000 system . Results Compared with those of control group , the levels of prothrombin time (PT), partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT) in the pregnant women were significant shorter ,but the level of fibrinogen (FIB) increased obviously. Conclusions The various indexes of blood coagulation function in later pregnant women are different from those of non-pregnant women . It suggests that the coagulability of later pregnant women increased. |
