中药喷剂联合脱敏疗法治疗原发性早泄的临床研究

目的:探讨中药喷剂联合脱敏疗法治疗原发性早泄的疗效。方法:将105例(年龄19~40岁,平均31.1岁)原发性早泄患者分为三组,每组35例。A组患者单用自制中药喷剂,1次/d;B组单用伟力男科工作站"早泄脱敏训练疗法",每周治疗3次;C组自制中药喷剂1次/d同时用伟力男科工作站"早泄脱敏训练疗法",每周治疗3次;三组疗程均为6周。比较三组治疗前后平均阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)、CIPE-5。结果:105例原发性早泄患者全部完成临床研究,A组有效率为62.86%(22/35),B组有效率为65.71%(23/35),C组有效率为91.43%(32/35);三组IELT,CIPE-5评分在治疗后较治疗前均显著增加(P<0.05),A组与B组无显著性差异(P>0.05);C组与A组及B组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:自制中药喷剂联合脱敏疗法治疗原发性早泄疗效显著,好于单用自制中药喷剂及单用早泄脱敏训练疗法。

Herbal medicine spray combined with desensitization therapy in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation

Objectives： To study the effect of herbal medicine spray combined with desensitization therapy in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation. Method： 105 primary premature ejaculation patients, with the age range from 19 to 40 years and the average age of 31.1 years old, were selected and divided into three groups, with 35 patients in each one. Patients in Group A were treated with the self - made traditional herbal medicine spray once a day; patients in Group B received premature ejaculation desensitization therapy developed at Weili andrology workstation＇s for 3 times a week, and patients in Group C were administered with herbal medicine spray once a day combined with desensitization therapy for 3 times a week for the course of 6 weeks. The average intra - vaginal ejaculatory latency time （IELT） and CIPE -5 were compared among the three groups before and after the treatment. Results： 105 researching subjects all completed the clinical studies. The effective rate of the three groups were 62.86% （22/35）, 65.71% （23/35） and 91.43% （32/35） respectively; beth IELT and CIPE - 5 scores significantly increased after the treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference between Group A and Group B （P 〉 0. 05） while Group C showed significant difference compared with Group A and Group B （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Self- made traditional herbal medicine spray combined with desensitization therapy has significantly better efficacy in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation than the single use of herbal medicine spray or ejaculation desensitization therapy.
