| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺导管造影在乳腺导管疾病中的诊断价值。方法回顾分析了25例经手术病理证实的乳腺导管疾病的X线造影检查资料。结果乳腺导管扩张3例,导管扩张伴乳腺炎2例,乳腺囊性增生5例,导管内乳头状瘤10例,导管癌5例。结论乳腺导管造影能明确乳腺导管病变的部位、性质和范围,对导管癌的早期诊断及在手术方案的制定方面具有重要的应用价值。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the diagnostic value of breast galactography in breast duct disease. METHODS 25 cases of galactography with breast duct disease proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS There were duct dilatation in 3 cases,breast duct dilatation accompanied chronic mastitis in 2 cases,fibrocystic proliferation 5 cases,intraductal papilloma in 10cases,ductal carcinoma in 5 cases. CONCLUSION Breast galactography can make definite diagnosis in knowing the position character and range of breast duct disease,It plays important application value in the early diagnosis of ductal carcinoma and guiding the surgery indication. |
