宫腔镜联合超声在绝经前后妇女IUD取出中的应用

目的:探讨宫腔镜联合超声在绝经前后妇女IUD取出中的效果,分析IUD取器困难的原因,提出预防措施.方法:回顾性分析2008年1月～2011年12月102例宫腔镜联合超声成功取出IUD的患者的临床资料.结果:102例患者中IUD嵌顿62例,断裂或部分残留5例、扭曲变形4例、尾丝迷失6例,均在宫腔镜联合超声下成功取出,无1例发生并发症.结论:宫腔镜联合超声是安全有效的取出绝经前后妇女IUD的保障,值得临床推广使用.

Hysteroscopy combined with B-ultrasound in removal of IUD from the pre-postmenopausal women

Objectives: To explore the effect of application of hysteroscopy combined with B-ultrasound in removal of IUD from the Pre-Postmenopausal women,to analyze the reasons for difficulties in taking out IUD and to provide preventative measures.Methods: Retrospective study was made to analyze the clinical data of 102 patients from January 2008 to November 2011 who removed IUD successfully by using hysteroscopy combined with B-ultrasound.Results: Among 102 cases,IUDs were incarcerated in 62 cases;fractured or partly resided in five cases;distorted in four cases,and tail fibers lost in six cases.In a1l cases IUDs were successfully removed without any complication by using hysteroscopy combined with B-ultrasound.Conclusions: Hysteroscopy combined with B-ultrasound can ensure safety of IUD removal from the pre-postmenopausal women.
