| 摘 要： | 增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(proliferative vitreoretinopathy,PVR)是导致孔源性视网膜脱离手术失败最主要的原因。目前,与PVR相关蛋白质研究主要集中在生长因子、细胞因子和蛋白质酶类三方面。本文综述了与PVR有关蛋白质研究进展,为PVR机制研究提供参考资料。

| Abstract: | Proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR) is the most common anatomic failure in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment surgery.Proteins involved in PVR focus on the growth factors,cytokines and proteinaceous enzymes.This article reviews the research advances on related proteins involved in PVR,and provide the study data for PVR pathogenic mechanisms. |
