米索前列醇配伍米非司酮联合清宫术终止妊娠的临床研究

目的:探讨米索前列醇配伍米非司酮联合清宫术终止妊娠的方法及疗效.方法:随机抽取本院收治的90例自愿终止妊娠者,自愿分为两组,实验组48例行米索前列醇配伍米非司酮联合清宫术,对照组42例不需要任何药物.随访1～2月,比较两组患者的临床疗效、妊娠物排出时间、阴道出血量和不良反应.结果:两组间相比,治疗后实验组患者的总有效率为97.9％,高于对照组的88.1％(P＜0.05),而实验组患者的妊娠物排出时间、阴道出血量和不良反应均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:米索前列醇配伍米非司酮联合清宫术终止妊娠,可显著提高临床疗效,减少妊娠物排出时间和阴道出血量,降低不良反应发生率.

Termination of pregnancy with combined mifepristone and misoprostol uterine curettage

Objectives: To explore the method and efficacy of combined mifepristone and misoprostol uterine curettage in the termination of pregnancy.Methods: We randomly selected 90 patients who were admitted to our hospital and would voluntarily terminate their pregancy.They were voluntarily assigned to two groups: experimental group(48 cases) receiving combined mifepristone and misoprostol uterine curettage,and the control group(42 cases) receiving uterine curettage without any drugs.A one-to-two-month follow-up study was made to compare the two groups in terms of clinical efficacy,time of eliminating pregnancy tissues,vaginal blood loss and adverse reactions.Results: The comparison showed that,after the treatment,the experimental group had a total effective rate of 97.9%,significantly higher than that of the control group(88.1%)(P<0.05).In addition,the experimental group also indicated a better effect than the control group(P<0.05) with respect to time of eliminating pregnancy tissue,vaginal blood loss and adverse reactions.Conclusion: Combined mifepristone and misoprostol uterine curettage can significantly improve clinical efficacy of pregnancy termination,reduce time to eliminate pregnancy tissue,and prevent vaginal blood loss and the incidence of adverse reactions.
