人工流产与药物流产对剖宫产术后再次妊娠疗效观察

目的:比较剖宫产术后再次妊娠人工流产与药物流产的治疗效果.方法:回顾性分析2年来剖宫产术后再次妊娠来我院要求终止妊娠的患者100例.随机分为两组,研究组行药物流产者56例,对照组行人工流产者44例,分析两组患者流产后出血量、手术时间、疼痛程度、并发症及随访情况.且术后第一次月经来潮经量明显减少,两组有显著差异(P<0.01).结果:研究组比对照组术中出血少、手术时间短、疼痛程度轻,无并发症发生,两组有显著差异(P<0.01).结论:剖宫产术后再次妊娠行药物流产比人工流产安全、可靠.

Efficacy of induced abortion and drug abortion on the termination of subsequent pregnancy after cesarean section

Objectives: To compare the efficacy of induced abortion and drug abortion on the termination of subsequent pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods: We reviewed and analyzed medical record of 100 women who asked for termination of their subsequent pregnancy after cesarean section in our hospital in the last two years.They were randomly divided into two groups: the study group(56 cases) receiving drug abortion and the control group(44 cases) receiving induced abortion.For both of the two groups,the amount of postabortal hemorrhage,operation time,the level of pain,complications and the information from follow-up were recorded and analyzed.There was a significant difference between the two groups in the decrease of the first menstrual volume after the operation(P<0.01).Results: Compared with the control group,the study group had significantly less amount of postabortal hemorrhage,a shorter operation time,a lower level of pain and no complications(P<0.01).Conclusion: For the termination of subsequent pregnancy after cesarean section,drug abortion was safer and more reliable than induced abortion.
