达英联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS的临床疗效

目的:针对多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)的内分泌失调,使用二甲双胍联合达英治疗,观察评价其临床疗效.方法:选择在我科治疗的PCOS患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例.观察组使用达英联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组仅使用达英治疗,测定治疗后的内分泌各指标变化情况及临床症状的改善.结果:①经比较,观察组月经恢复、排卵和妊娠率较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05).②经比较发现,对照组患者治疗后的LH、T、DHEAS均有较明显的降低(P<0.05),SHBG较治疗前升高(P<0.05);观察组LH、T、DHEAS较治疗前明显降低,SHBG升高明显(P<0.05).组间比较发现,治疗后观察组LH、T、DHEAS均低于对照组,SHBG高于对照组,但是差异不明显(P>0.05),无统计学意义.③经比较发现,对照组治疗前后代谢指标差异不明显(P>0.05),无统计学意义.观察组中HDL-C较治疗前升高(P<0.05),TG、FBG、FINS在治疗后均明显降低(P<0.05),具有统计学意义.结论:达英联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS能有效改善生殖激素及代谢激素水平,提高排卵率和妊娠率,治疗效果更为明显.

Clinical efficacy of Daeng combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

Objectives: To observe and evaluate efficacy of Daeng combined with metformin in the treatment of endocrine disorder of patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods: Fifty patients with PCOS were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Each group contains 25 patients.Observation group were treated with Daeng combined with metformin while the control group were treated with Daeng only.Changes of endocrine indicators and improvement of clinical symptoms were observed.Results: ①the observation group improved more significantly than control group in terms of menstrual recovery,ovulation rate,and pregnancy rate(P<0.05).② for both groups,LH、T、DHEAS decreased remarkably and SHBG increased.In comparison,LH、T、DHEAS of the observation group were lower than that of the control group.SHBG of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).③metabolic parameters of the control group did not change significantly(P>0.05).HDL-C of observation group increased(P<0.05) and TG、FBG、FINS decreased(P<0.05) after treatment.Conclusion: Clinical efficacy of Daeng combined with metformin in treatment of POCS is obvious.It can improve generative hormone levels and metabolic hormones levels,and increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
