穴位敷贴治疗老年人高脂血症的临床研究

目的观察并评价穴位敷贴治疗贴治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法70例老年高脂血症患者随机分成两组,每组35例。对照组进行饮食控制干预治疗;观察组在饮食控制干预治疗同时,选用内关、足三里、三阴交、丰隆等主穴外敷治疗贴。2个疗程后分别检测血清总胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)。结果干预治疗后,TC,TG较干预前均有显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组干预后TC同对照组相比存在显著差异(P<0.05),但TG无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论高脂血症患者在控制饮食干预治疗的同时,可配合穴位敷贴治疗贴,临床疗效可靠。

Clinical Research of Point Application to Treatment of Aged Hyperlipidemia

Objective To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of point application on treating hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 70 old people with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups at random, each group containing 35 ones. In the control group, patients were treated with alimentary control. In the therapy group, the patients were additionally treated with point application mainly on the points of Inner Pass, Foot Three Li, Crossroad of Three Yins, Feng Long and so on. The total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) were determined respectively after two courses of treatment.Results Both TC and TG decreased significantly after treatment when compared with that before treatment (P<0.05, or P<0.01);TC of the therapy group was significantly diff erent from that of the control group after treatment (P<0.05), but TG was not significantly different (P>0.05). Conclusion For the aged patients with hyperlipidemia, point application can be used in combination with alimentary control at the same time, and its therapeutic effect is reliable.
