影响腭裂术后患者语音的相关因素调查及分析

目的 探讨影响腭裂患者术后语音清晰度的因素。方法 按语音清晰度评测结果对29例腭裂术后患者分组,采用调查问卷方式进行随访研究。结果 在父母文化水平、生活地区以及是否经常纠正患者发音方面,两组有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论患者的语音清晰度同父母文化水平、生活地区及是否经常受到语音纠正有明显相关性。住院时加强有关腭裂发音知识的健康教育,组织患儿及父母参加专门的语音训练班,建立家庭-训练班-医院三位一体的训练体制,是适合我国国情的语音纠正模式。

A Study on Factors Affecting Speech Articulation of Postoperative Cleft Palate Patients

Objective To study factors affecting the speech outcome in postoperative cleft palate (CP) patients. Methods 29 postoperative CP patients were divided into two groups by speech articulation score. Age at the time of operation, cleft type,living area,and education background of the patients and speech correction frequency of the patients were recorded and compared through follow-up and questionnaire. Results There was significant difference in the parents' education background, living area andspeech correction frequency between the two groups ( P <0. 05). Conclusion It seems that parents' education background, living area and speech correction frequency were significant contributing factors that affect postoperative speech outcomes of CP patients. It is recommended that a "Family-Speech correction unit-Hospital" system be established in our country for speech training of CP patients.
