| 摘 要： | 骨密度（BMD）有面积骨密度（aBMD）和体积骨密度（vBMD）两种表达方式,它们在临床实验研究中被广泛采用。本文综述了vBMD的估算方法、aBMD和vBMD存在的性别差异和种族差异,以及aBMD和vBMD对诊断骨质疏松的影响。

| Abstract: | Bone mineral density (BMD) has two kinds of expression,namely areal BMD (aBMD) and volumetric BMD (vBMD). They are widely used in clinical trial studies. This passage reviews the estimated methods of vBMD,gender and ethnic differences of aBMD and vBMD,and their influences on the diagnosis of osteoporosis. |
