血液肿瘤患儿及其家长心理特点的对照研究

为了解血液肿瘤患儿及其家长的心理特点，制定综合治疗方案和提高生活质量提供依据，采用艾森克人格问卷（儿童）（EPQ）、Achenbach儿童行为评定量表（CBCL）对57例年龄6岁－11岁的血液肿瘤患儿进行个性、行为的心理测试，采用90项症状自评量表（SCL－90）对57例患儿家长进行心理卫生状况调查。结果表明，血液肿瘤患儿E质个性低于对照组（P＜0．05）；行为问题发生率为21．1％％，男性多有交往不良、躯体诉述、违纪，女孩表现为抑郁、社会退缩； 血液肿瘤组患儿家长各项因子分均高于对照组，两组比较差异有极显著意义（P＜0．01）；患儿的行为问题与家长的心理卫生状况有显著的相关性。认为血液肿瘤患儿的个性、行为问题以及家长心理状况应引起医护人员的关注，适当的心理干预是必要的。

A controlled study on the psychological characteristics of children with hematological malignancies and their parents

Hematological malignancies are one of the diseases threatening the children's life.With the aggressive combined and sequential chemotherapy in recent years,most of these children can get complete remission and even long-term disease free survival.In order to improve the quality of children's life and draw much attention from the pediatricians to the mental disorders happened in the treatment in these children,authors investigated the psychological characteristics of children with hematological malignancies and their parents to establish the systematic protocols for more rapid mental recovery and improve the quality of these children's life with eyserick personality questionnaire(EPQ),and children behavior checklist(CBCL).The personality and behavior profiles in 57 children with hematological malignancies aged from 6 to 11 years old (study group) were measured with 62 children with upper respiratory tract infection as the control group.The mental status of their parents was also studied with Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90).The results indicated the extraversion score of EPQ in the study group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).The incidence of the behavior disorders was 21.1%.The abnormal behavior in boys mainly included somatic complaints,delinquent behavior and social problemsetc.While in the girls,depression and social withdraw was the main clinical presentation.The distribution of these behavior disorders had significant difference between these two groups.The SCL-90 score of the parents in study group was much higher than that in normal population indicating that much attention should be paid to the personality and behavior disorders in these children with hematological malignancies and the dynamic changes of the mental status is their parents.So,it's also necessary to make psychological intervention appropriately in the treatment of their diseases.
