Vav3蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义

目的探讨Vav3基因在子宫内膜组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测正常子宫内膜组织、非典型增生子宫内膜组织、子宫内膜癌组织中Vav3蛋白的表达,并对其与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征的关系进行比较分析。结果①Vav3在正常子宫内膜、非典型增生子宫内膜、子宫内膜癌组织中阳性表达率逐渐增高,三组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.003),而非典型增生组与子宫内膜癌组差异无统计学意义;②Vav3在Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌中的表达与患者FIGO分期、组织学分级、肌层浸润正相关(P0.05),而与淋巴结有无转移无明显相关。结论 Vav3基因在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中可能起重要作用。

Vav3 Expression in Endometrial Cancer and Its Significance

Objective To investigate the significance of the Vav3 expression and its correlation with ehnicopathological characteristics in endometrial carcinoma. Methods The Vav3 protein expression was detected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 146 cases of endometrial cancer, llcases of atypical hyperplasia endometrium and 18 cases of normal endometrium （control group）. Results ① The Vav3 positive expression rate was gradually increased in comparison with significantly in endometrial cancer, atypical hyperplasia endometrium and normal endometrium, with a significant difference between the three （P=0.003）, but no significant difference between in the Vav3 expression between endometrial carcinoma and hyperplasia endometrium. ②The Vav3 expression in type I endometrial carcinoma was correlated with FIGO stages, histological grade and myometrial invasion, but had no correlation with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion Vav3 may play an important role in the development and progression of endometrial carcinoma.
