| 摘 要： | 回顾分析98例痛风及123例糖尿病患者的高血脂、高血压、动脉硬化及冠心病发生率,痛风分别为39.8%,38.2%,58.5%,26.0%,糖尿病分别为29.6%,35.7%,54.1%,25.5%,二组间统计学处理无显著差异,P值为>0.05。上述结果揭示痛风类似檐尿病与心血管疾病有密切关系。

| Abstract: | The 98 cases with the gout and 123 ones with the diabetics were reviewed in the article. The incidences of the hyperlipidemia,high blood pressure,arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease in the gouty group were 39.8%, 38. 2%,58. 5% and 26. 0%,respectively,and the ones in the diabetic one were 29.6%, 35.7% ,54.1% and 25.5%,respectively. There was not any significant differences between two groups (P> 0.05). The results indicated that the gout relates closely to the cardiovascular diseases like the diabets mellitus. |
