灸治痛风性关节炎的临床随机对照试验Meta分析

目的:评价灸法治疗病风性关节炎的效果.方法:以灸、痛风、moxa、gout为主题词,检索了CNKI、维普、万方、SCI、Medline中2000年1月至2011年4月收录所有文献,纳入主要干预手段为灸法和西药治疗痛风的临床随机对照试验.结果:7个试验具有同质性,倒漏斗图显示存在发表性偏倚较大.根据Jadad评分标准评价纳入研究的质量,用Meta分析方法对资料进行评价.结论:治疗痛风性关节炎,灸法疗效优于西药,不良反应少,但是,所搜集文献的局限性降低了本研究结论的可靠性.

Moxibustion Therapy in the Treatment of Gout Arthritis:A Systematic Review

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of moxi-therapy for gout.Methods:As the requirement of EBM,we electronically searched the CNKI,VIP,WanFang Database,SCI,MEDLINE,from 2000.1 to 2011.4,to obtain randomized control trails(RCT),which compared the efficacy of moxi-therapy with western medicine.Then evaluate the quality of the RCT,and analyze them with Meta-analyze method.Results:Seven trials had homogeneity from randomized controlled trials of 620 cases involving seven articles about patients with gout arthritis.And Funnel Plot showed an obvious existence of publication bias.Conclusion:Compared with western medicine,moxi-therapy is more proper for gout,and the side-effect is less.However,as the quality and quantity of RCT searched are limited,the conclusion is not sure.
