改良切口治疗跟骨关节内移位骨折56例临床分析

目的探讨改良切口治疗跟骨关节内移位骨折的疗效。方法 2005年3月至2011年5月我院骨科通过改良切口治疗SandersⅡ-Ⅳ型跟骨骨折56例69侧,对患者手术过程、术后复位情况和切口并发症进行随访评价。结果本组患者平均手术时间51分钟,平均气囊止血带使用时间43分钟。51例60侧获得随访,按Maryland足部评分系统评价,优27侧、良28侧、可5侧,优良率91.7%;切口延迟愈合3侧,感染1侧,并发症发生率6.7%。结论改良切口既能有效暴露和利于骨折的复位及固定,又能减少切口并发症的发生。

Modified Incision For Displaced Intra-Articular Fractures Of Calcaneus

Objective Explore effective methods to prevent Calcaneal Fractures＇ surgical complications. Methods From March 2005 to May 2011,56 eases（69 fractures） calcaneal fractures of Sanders II - 1V types were treated wilh modified incision,and the analysis of surgical procedure,postoperative reduction status and incision complieations were performed. Results The mean operalion time was 51 minutes, and the average time in using pneumatic tourniquet was 43 minutes. 51 eases （60fractures） were followed up, functional results were evaluated by Marryland Foot Score. There were 27 fractures for excellent,good 28 fractures,fair 5 fractures and the satisfactory rate was 91.7%. 3 fractures got delayed union of incision, 1 fractures got infection and the wound complications rate was 6.7%. Conclusion The modified incision not only can expose and operate effectively, but also can reduce the incidence of wound complications.
