疏肝活血汤治疗中风后抑郁症临床研究

目的:观察疏肝活血汤缺血性中风后抑郁症(PSD)的临床疗效。方法:78例缺血性中风后抑郁症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组给予缺血性中风病内科常规及康复锻炼等基础治疗,对照组(39例)在基础治疗上给予盐酸氟西汀胶囊;治疗组(39例)在基础治疗上加服疏肝活血汤。观察治疗后中医证候疗效评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表疗效评分改善情况,治疗前及治疗后后第2、4周神经功能缺损评分。结果:治疗组治疗后中医证候疗效评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均明显优于对照组(P0.01),神经功能缺损评分也优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:疏肝活血汤治疗缺血性中风后抑郁症具有较好的疗效,并能明显促进中风后神经功能的康复,安全可靠。

Clinical research on Shugan Huoxue decoction for treatment of post stroke depression

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Huoxue decoction on ischemic post stroke depression(PSD). Methods:78 patients with ischemic PSD were divided into the treated group and the control group.Both of the two groups were performed conventional treatments,rehabilitation exercise,and other basic treatments common in the medical department of ischemic PSD.In the control group(n=39),based on the basic treatments,the patients were administrated with fluoxertine hydrochloride capsule;in the treated group(n=39),based on the basic treatments,the patients were added with Shugan Huoxue decoction.It was observed the efficacy score of TCM syndrome,improvement state of Hamilton’s depression scale,and neurologic impairment score before and after the treatment.Results: The scores of TCM syndrome,Hamilton’s depression scale,and neurologic impairment in the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group after treatment.Conclusion:Shugan Huoxue decoction had better therapeutic effect in treating ischemic PSD,and also significantly promoted neurofunctional rehabilitation after stroke.Besides,it was very safe and reliable.
