清下化瘀方及其拆方对大鼠实验性重症胰腺炎肠黏膜屏障的影响

摘    要:目的观察重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)时肠道屏障功能的损伤情况,探讨中药清下化瘀方及其拆方的保护作用。方法健康SD大鼠随机分成假手术组、模型组,清下化瘀组、清下组、化瘀组、理气组。相应时间点取材,测定小肠组织二胺氧化酶(DAO)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及一氧化氮(NO)活性水平及Dn-5mRNA表达情况。结果模型组DAO、SOD活性下降,MDA、NO水平上升,Dn-5mRNA表达明显下调。各治疗组各项指标均有明显改善。结论清下化瘀方及其拆方对SAP大鼠肠屏障功能均有不同程度的改善,有利于SAP的治疗。

Influence of Qingxiahuayu Decoction on Its Decomposition Sides on Experimental Rats with Intestinal Mucosal Barrier of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract:Objective: To study the intestinal barrier function damage in severe acute pancreatitis and to explore the protection effect of Qingxiahuayu Decoction and its decomposition side.Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group,the model group,the Qingxiahuayu Decoction group,the Qingxia Decomposition Side group,the Huayu Decomposition Side group and the Liqi Decomposition Side group.These samples were taken to detect DAO,MDA,SOD activities,NO levels and Dn-5mRNA expression.Results: In the model group,activities including DAO and SOD were decreased.Levels such as MDA and NO were increased.However,the expression of Dn-5mRNA was significantly reduced.Indices in several treatment groups were improved obviously.Conclusion: For intestinal barrier function damage in severe acute pancreatitis rats,there are different degrees of improvements by Qingxiahuayu Decoction and its decomposition sides which are suitable for SAP treatments.
