脑络欣通对局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠纤溶功能的影响

摘    要:目的研究脑络欣通对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠纤溶功能的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法 Wistar大鼠40只,采用线栓法制备大脑中动脉闭塞模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、脑络欣通组和通心络组,通过酶联免疫吸附法检测造模14 d后各组大鼠血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(tPA)和D-二聚体(D-D)含量,并进行神经功能缺损评分。结果与正常组比较,模型组和通心络组血浆tPA含量明显降低,模型组和脑络欣通组D-D水平显著升高,而通心络组差异无显著性;与模型组比较,脑络欣通组和通心络组tPA含量均明显升高,D-D水平明显降低。结论脑缺血后血浆tPA含量明显降低,D-D水平显著升高;脑络欣通可以升高缺血后血浆tPA含量和降低D-D水平,可能是其治疗缺血性脑血管病作用机制之一。

Influence of Naoluoxintong Granule on Fibrinolysis Function in Rats with Focal Cerebral Ischemia Reperfusion

Abstract:Objective:To study the influence and discuss the mechanism of Naoluoxintong Granule on fibrinolysis function in focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats.Methods:40 Wistar rats were divided into the normal group,the model group,the Naoluoxintong Granule group and the Tongxinluo Granule group.Contents including tPA and D-dimer in blood plasma were detected by ELISA at 14 day after infarction respectively.Meanwhile,the neurologic function deficits were detected and compared in above groups.Results:Compared with the normal group,contents of tPA of blood plasma were decreased significantly in the model group and the Tongxinluo Capsule group.The content of D-dimer in blood plasma of model group and Naoluoxintong Granule group were increased remarkably.However,the difference about the D-dimer in the Tongxinluo Capsule was not obvious.Compared with the model group,the tPA contents were increased remarkably in the Naoluoxintong Granule group and the Tongxinluo Capsule group,but the D-dimer were decreased significantly in these groups.Conclusion: Naoluoxintong Granule can rise the content of tPA in blood plasma and drop the content of D-dimer in blood plasma,which might be one of the mechanisms of treating ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
