| 摘 要： | 目的:HPLC方法测定毛浩日查干-5颗粒剂二苯乙烯苷含量。方法:色谱柱C18(200×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-甲醇-水(40:10:150);流速:1mL.min-1;测定波长:320nm。结果:二苯乙烯苷在0.0075～0.12μg成线性关系(r=0.9999);回收率为99.26%;RSD=1.8%;毛浩日查干-5颗粒剂二苯乙烯苷平均含量为0.65mg.g-1。结论:采用本法测定毛浩日查干-5颗粒剂二苯乙烯苷的含量,操作简便,准确可靠,可用于制定该药品的质量控制指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determinate stilbene glycoside in Maohaoricaga-5 granule by means of HPLC.Method: A C18 colum(200×4.6 mm,5μm)was used with the mobile phase of acetoneitrile-methanol-water(40:10:150),at the detection wavelength of 320nm.The flow rate was 1mL·min-1,and the temperature of colum was 30℃.Results: Stilbene glycoside showed a good linear relation at a range of 0.0075~0.12μg,r=0.9999.The recovery was 99.26% and RSD =1.8%,respectively.Conclusion :The method is simple,accurate and specifical.It can be used for determination of stilbene glycoside in Maohaoricaga-5 granule. |
