2011年昆山市居民户食盐中碘含量测定结果分析

摘    要:目的了解昆山市各乡镇居民户食用盐中碘含量情况,为有关部门的监督管理和实施全民加碘提供科学依据,确保居民食用盐中碘的含量,彻底消除碘缺乏病。方法根据《全国碘盐监测方案》的方法随机抽样,2月份抽取全市8个乡镇和1个开发区的居民户食用盐288份,9月份抽取5个乡镇的居民户食用盐100份,按《中华人民共和国国家标准》GB/T 13025.7—1999进行检测。结果检测了解居民食用盐388份,合格碘盐377份,无碘盐6份,平均碘含量30.7mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率、非碘盐率分别为98.45%、98.69%、97.16%、1.55%。结论居民合格碘盐食用率已达到国家标准,但还要继续坚持以食用盐加碘为主的防治策略,巩固防治成果。

Abstract:[Objective]To understand the iodine content in edible salts of residents in Kunshan City,so as to provide scientific evidence for relevant departments to implement supervision and management of universal iodization,and insure the content of iodine in salt,and eliminate iodine deficiency. [Methods]According to The "National Iodized Salt Monitoring Plan",288 samples of edible salts were randomly collected from 8 towns and 1 development area in February and 100 samples from 5 towns in September.The content of iodine was determined by direct titration of GB/T13025.7-1999. [Results]A total of 388 samples of edible salts were examined,377 samples were qualified and 6 samples were unqualified.the mean iodine content was 30.7 mg/kg.Coverage rate of iodized salt,rate of qualified iodized salt,consumption rate of qualified iodized salt,rate of non-iodized salt?was 98.45%,98.69%,was 97.16%,and 1.55%,respectively. [Conclusion]The consumption rate of qualified iodized salt in Kunshan City has been in line with the nation criterion.While the iodine deficiency control strategies based on iodized salt consumption should continue to adhere so as to consolidate the control result.
