离心时间对凝血常规测定结果的影响

摘    要:目的分析不同时间离心全血所得的血浆测定凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)和纤维蛋白原浓度(FIB)的结果差异性,确定最适合实际工作的离心时间。方法将100例门诊患者的抗凝全血(每例两管)分为A组和B组,在相同条件下,分别离心10 min和5 min,用CA-7000型全自动血凝仪进行血凝常规检测,并且应用XE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪测定血小板计数。结果各项测定结果在离心5和10 min两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血浆血小板计数A组(离心10 min)和B组(离心5 min)的测定结果范围分别为(1~8)×109/L和(3~10)×109/L,均达到了乏血小板血浆的标准<(10~20)×109/L]1]。结论凝血常规标本可以3000 r/min离心5 min后进行测定。

Abstract:Objective To ascertain the optimum centrifugal time for our work by analysing the differences between the blood plasma specimen's results which include plasma prothrombin time( PT), activated partial thrombo- plasting time(APTT) ,thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen concentration(FIB) which are centrifuged in different time. Methods 100 outpatients vein entire blood samples (two per example) are divided into A group and B group ,which .is respectively centrifuged 10 minutes and 5 minutes in the same situation. The PT, APTT, TT and FIB results were tested by CA -7000 full-automatic blood coagulation analyzer. The platelct of the blood plasma were measured by Sysmex XE-2100 full-automatic blood cell analyzer. Results in centrifugal 10 minutes and 5 minutes has no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). The range of the results of the platelet in the plasma for A group and the B group is( 1 - 8) ×10^9/L and (3 - 10)×10^9/L respectively, both of them are up the standard of the poor platelet plasma 〈 (10-20) ×10^9/L ]. Conclusion Coagulation specimen can be measured by centrifuged with 3000 r/min speed,5 minutes.
