| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺病伴肺部感染患者营养不良的危险因素。方法简易营养评价精法调查2009年收治的慢性阻塞性肺病伴肺部感染患者,筛选营养不良的危险因素。结果慢性阻塞性肺病伴肺部感染患者营养不良发生率为55.65%,厌食、较低氧血症及第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)占用力肺活量(FVC)百分比等为慢性阻塞性肺病伴肺部感染患者营养不良的危险因素。结论厌食、较低氧血症及FEV1/FVC等为慢性阻塞性肺病伴肺部感染患者营养不良的危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate risk factors for malnutrition in inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicating pulmonary infection.Methods Using short-form mini-nutritional assessment,inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicating pulmonary infection were evaluated retrospectively in 2009 to screen risk factors.Results The prevalence of malnutrition in inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicating pulmonary infection was 55.65%,and anorexia,low oxygen pressure of artery and low FEV 1/FVC may be risk factors of malnutrition of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicating pulmonary infection.Conclusion Anorexia,low oxygen pressure of artery and low FEV 1/FVC may be risk factors of malnutrition of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicating pulmonary infection. |
