新生儿男性生殖器的观察

作者对30具新生儿男尸的生殖器作了观察和测量。主要结果如下:1.睾丸的形态多数为卵圆形,计46侧占76.67±5.46％;2.附睾的形态分三型,其中“C”型最为常见,计35侧占58.33±6.36％。附睾体与睾丸之间的位置关系不一。其中附睾体位于睾丸外侧者计27侧占45±6.42％;位于睾丸后缘者20侧占33.33±6.09％,位于睾丸的前缘者13侧占21.67±5.32％。3.输精管左、右侧各长80.14mm,78.14mm。4.阴茎长度平均为52.77±1.26mm,均有包皮。5.尿道长度平均67.13mm。 此外,对前列腺、精囊腺、输精管、射精管、睾丸、附睾、附睾系膜以及尿道各部断面等也作了观察和测量。

OBSERVATION ON THE MALE GENITAL ORGANS OF THE NEWBORN

The male genital organs were observed and measured in 30 newborn cadavers. The main results are as follows:1.The oval testis exists in 76.67% cases.2.The shapes of epididymis can be divided into 3 types: The C-shapes are found to be the most common (58.33%).The relation of the epididymis with the testis is observed. The body of the ebididymis situated at the lateral of the testis is present in 54,00%, at the posterior borders of the testis in 33.33%, and at the anterior borders of the testis only in 21.67%.3.The average lengths of the ducius deferens sinister/dexter are 80.14mm and 78.14mm.4.the average length of the urethra is 67.13mm.5.The average length of the penis is 52.77mm. There are the prepuce on all the penes.The protata, the vesicula serninalis, the ductus deferens, the ductus cjaculatorius, the testis, the epididymis, the appendix epididymis and the position of the urethra arc also observed and measured.
