Abstract: | Summary The infusion of creatine phosphate into the left ventricle of dogs markedly reduced the number of ventricular ectopic beats which normally result from acute coronary ligation. This dose of creatine phosphate (100 mg/kg) had no significant effect on resting haemodynamics or on myocardial metabolism. |
