| 摘 要： | 采用红细胞C_3b受体花环试验和红细胞免疫复合物花环试验,观察了20例幼年型类风湿性关节炎(JRA)病儿红细胞C_3b受体(RBC-CR_1)的动态变化。结果表明,活动期病儿红细胞C_3b受体花环率(RBC-C_3bRR)明显降低;红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)明显升高;缓解期与活动期相比,RBC-C_3bRR明显回升,RBC-ICR明显降低,并且二者均接近正常水平。提示RBC-CR_1的变化可以作为JRA病儿长期治疗过程中的随访指标。

| Abstract: | In order to study the changes of RBC-CR_1 in juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA),we examined the rosette rates of RBC-CR_1 (RBC-C_3 bRR) and of erythrocyte immunecomplex (RBC-ICR) in 20 patients with JRA and 19 age matched healthy children. 14patients with clinically active JRA showed a significant decrease of RBC-C_3 bRR (P<0.01)and a marked increase of RBC-ICR (P<0.01), but there was no correlation be-tween them. The results suggest that in active JRA patients the function of RBC-CR_1 isabnormal, though it may be reversible in the remisson stage. The clinical significance ofthese results is discussed. |
