临床医生操作前手卫生调查分析及对策

目的:调查临床医生操作前手卫生状况,分析影响手卫生相关因素。方法:对66名临床医生在为患者查体或实施侵袭性操作前的手部皮肤进行采样分析,并对66名临床医生通过不记名当场发放及回收问卷形式评估手卫生意识。结果:共采集手标本66份,不合格手标本46份,不合格率为69.7%,合格率为30.3%;发放调查问卷66份,收回66份,回收率为100%。调查显示临床医生操作前无菌操作洗手率为27%,查体洗手率为11%;操作后未接触患者血液、体液洗手率为20%,接触患者血液、体液洗手率为100%。结论:应加强临床医生手卫生知识培训,提高手卫生意识,改善洗手设施及洗手条件,加强手卫生的日常督查及监测反馈,从而有效切断通过手传播感染的途径。

Investigation and countermeasures of hand hygiene among clinicians before contacting patients
