帕罗西汀和马普替林治疗脑卒中后抑郁临床对照研究

目的比较帕罗西汀马普替林治疗脑卒中后的疗效和安全性。方法将41例脑卒中后抑郁患者,随机分两组,分别用帕罗西汀和马普替林治疗6周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和副反应量表,（TESS）分别评定疗效和不良反应。结果两组治疗后各周HAMD和SDS评分均较治疗前下降（P均〈0.05）：其中治疗后1周末,帕罗西汀组评分下降较马普替林组更明显,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,但2～6周末,差异均无显著性（P均〉0.05）;帕罗西汀组不良反应较马普替林组少而轻。结论帕罗西汀治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效与马普替林相当,但起效快、安全性高、不良反应轻微。

Clinical Control Study of Paroxetine and Maprotiline in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression
