摘    要:为寻找较胆红素竞争能力更强,肝胆显象更为清晰的放射性显象剂,作者根据构效关系原理,设计合成6个化合物。与临床应用的~(99m)Tc-Etifenin和更佳的~(99m)Tc-甲溴苯宁配对进行初步动物筛选,6个化合物的结果均优于~(99m)Tc-Etifenin,类似于~(99m)Tc-甲溴苯宁。

Abstract:Six new compounds based on the principle of isosterism and hybridization had been synthesized. Mothobrofenin was prepared by reduction of nitromesity-lene, followed by bromination and acylation with nitrilotriacetic acid. The 99mTc-complexes of these compounds were prepared by stannous chloride reduction of sodium pertechnetate in aqueous solution. These labeled compounds, being similar to 99mTc-mebrofenin, all were quick in the uptake by the liver cells, rapidly cleared off from the blood in mice, and had higher cumulative nepatobiliary excretion rates than Tc-99m-EHlDA.
