安庆地区放射工作人员淋巴细胞遗传学分析

摘    要:目的 对安庆地区放射工作人员淋巴细胞遗传学进行分析。方法 采用染色体畸变分析和淋巴细胞微核检测两种方法进行分析。结果 调查结果经统计学处理后与对照组相比较 ,放射组的染色体畸变和淋巴细胞微核率上均高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,其中无着丝粒断片是放射组染色体畸变中最主要的改变 (P <0 0 1)。同时 ,无着丝粒断片与淋巴细胞微核之间并未表现出良好的相关性 ,而淋巴细胞微核率在工龄组之间具有一定的差异。结论 小剂量的慢性照射可造成一定的染色体损伤效应 ,工作在第一线的职业放射性工作人员应注意个人的辐射防护。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the cytogenetic characteristic of peripheral blood lymphocytes of occupational workers in Anqing area. Methods Cytogenetic studies were performed by measuring incident of structural chromosomal aberrations(SCA) and micronuclei(MN) in peripheral blood lymphocytes of occupational workers exposed to low dose radiation. Results When compared with controls, occupational workers showed a significant increase in the incident of SCA and MN after using statistical methods ( P <0 01). Acentric fragments were the most frequent alteration amongst the chromosome aberrations ( P <0 01). Meanwhile, there wasn't a positive correlation between MN and acentric fragments, but a dramatic change of MN was observed among the groups of different years of working. Conclusion Low dose radiation may result in cytogenetic damage, so occupational workers of long time chronic exposure should pay attention to individual radiation protection.
