| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中西医结合治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡的疗效。方法 将RAU患者随机分为两组，实验组病人口服左族咪唑、复方丹参、芦丁片，对照组采用口服甲硝唑、抗生素、复合维生素B治疗，定期随访，观察疗效。结果 实验组病人治疗有效率为84％，对照组为37．8％，差异有显著性(P＜0．01）。结论 口服左旋咪唑 、芦丁片中西医结合治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡有确切的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective to investigate the curative effect of recurrent aphthous ulcer using western and chinese medicine. Method the RAU patients are divided into 2 groups randomly. The patients of curative group were instructed to take levamisole, compound tablets of salvia miltiorrhiza and rutin tablets; the control group were instructed to take metronidazole, antibiotics and compound vitamin B. then the patients were observed periodically. Result the success rate of curative group was 84% and the control group was 37.8% .Conclusion treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer using western and Chinese medicine was effective. |
