| 摘 要： | 脂联素是一种主要由脂肪组织分泌的细胞因子,最近几年,人们开始注意到它具有调节糖脂代谢、抗糖尿病、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗炎症等诸多特性。本文阐述了血管内皮的主要功能及检测方法,介绍了近年来国内外关于血管内皮与脂联素的最新研究,阐述二者在动脉粥样硬化形成中的作用,并提出了未来的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Adiponectin is a kind of cell factor which mainly secreted by adipose tissue. It is not until 2001 we have noticed its multiple charaters and functions in regulation of glucolipid metabolism, antidiabetic, antiatherosclerotic and antiimflammatory. The author described the main functions of the endothelial cells and its measurement methods,introduced the recent researches on vascular endothelial and adiponectin, as well as the roles of vascular endothelial and adiponectin in atherosclerosis in recent years abroad and home.The anthor also discussed new research directions in the future. |
