糖化血清蛋白测定的自动分析

摘    要:目的建立双试剂测定糖化血清蛋白的自动分析方法.方法根据测定条件的优化实验采用双试剂酶法直接测定.结果该法180 s达反应终点,线性达1 306μmol/L(y=0.983 5X+0.124,r=0.999 7);批内CV<1.45%,日间CV<3.56%,总CV<4.19%;平均回收率100.3%;加入TG<7.6mmol/L,BIL<456 μmol/L,Hb<200g/L,UA<1 240 μmol/L,GLU<75.2 mmol/L时无显著干扰.结论该法适合全自动分析.

Abstract:Objective A method of automated analysis glycosylated serum protein(GSP) was developed. Methods Based on the condition of optinization experiment to adopt two liquid reagent enzyme direet assay. Results The end of reactive time was 180 s.The linearity was l 306 uuuuumol/L(Y=0. 9835X+0. 124,r=0. 999 7);within-run CV was 4. 19%,between-run CV was 3. 56% and total CV was 4.19%. The recovery rate was 100. 26%. No interference were showed when addition of triglyceride(TG)<7. 6 mmol/L,bilirubin (BLL)<456 fimol/L,hemoglobin(Hb)<200 g/L,uric acid(UA)<1 240 uuuuuuuuuumol/L and glucose(GLU)<75. 2 mmol/L in serum. Conclusion This method is suitable for automated analysis.
