腹腔镜与开腹手术行结直肠癌根治术对比研究

目的:比较学习曲线期间行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术和传统结直肠癌根治术的临床效果。方法:20例腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者与同期20例开腹手术患者在手术相关指标、术后恢复指标、根治性指标、住院天数、术后并发症等方面进行比较。结果:腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术在失血量、进食时间、住院天数方面与开腹手术组存在差异(P<0.05);腹腔镜组无吻合失败、吻合口漏、尿道感染、发热、再入院、肠袢造口术等现象;但在手术时间、输血例数、并发症、再手术、切口感染等方面与开腹手术组比较则无差异(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜行结直肠癌根治术出血少、肠功能恢复快,效果可靠。

Comparison of Laparoscopic Surgery with Conventional Radical Surgery in Colorectal Cancer

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic surgery with conventional radical surgery in colorectal cancer.Methods Fourty patients were assigned to laparoscopic surgery group(LSG)(n=20) and conventional surgery group(CSG)(n=20).The following parameters were compared:operation-related situations,postoperative recovery,radical resection,and postoperative outcome.Results There was obvious different in operative blood loss,the time of eating,hospital stay between laparoscopic surgery and conventional radical surgery;LSG had no anastomosis failure and fistula,urinary infect,fever,rehospitalization and interstinalistomy;there were no difference in operative time,blood transfusion,complication,re-operation,infection of incisional wound(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has been a reliable technique to treat colorectal cancer.
