| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院精神病住院患者苯二氮类药物(BDZ)使用情况。方法:采用自编的住院精神病患者调查表,对在院382例精神病住院患者BDZ使用情况进行分析。结果:我院精神病住院患者使用BDZ为145人,占37.96%;使用种类有六种,以氯硝西泮最多,有98例,占67.58%;其次为阿普唑伦,占28.58%;在精神分裂症病患者中BDZ使用率为34.06%,高于国外BDZ在精神分裂症病患者中的使用率14%。BDZ用于改善睡眠71例(48.97%)结论:住院精神病患者BDZ的用药剂量及用药原因是合理的,但不宜长期使用。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To understand the inpatient usage of the benzodiazepines(BDZ)in our hospital.Methods:A self-complied questionnaire was used to conducted a survey for the use of BDZs in the 382 psychotic inpatients in our hospital.Results:The number of psychotic inpatients using BDZs in our hospital is 145,accounting for 37.96%;there are 6 kinds of BDZs in use,and the most popular is clonazepam,with 94 cases,which occupied 64.83%;Alprazolam followed,and it occupied 25.51%;for schizophrenic inpatients,the BDZ usage rate was 34.06%,higher than the reported 14% in foreign countries.There are 71 cases(48.97%)using BDZs to improve sleeping.Conclusion:The dosage and the reason of using BDZs in psychotic inpatients are reliable,but it is unreasonable to use BDZs for a long time. |
