| 摘 要： | 用盘状聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对１９２例成都地区汉族白血病患者作ＨＰ分型，并与２０９例同地区正常献血员比较发现，除ＣＬＬ外，各型白血病人的ＨＰ基因频率高于正常人。ＨＰ基因与白血病的发病有正相关关系，Ｏ．Ｒ值的点估计是１．８２，其９５％的可信区间１．３５－２．４５。本结果说明：ＨＰ的遗传多态性与成都地区汉族人的ＡＮＬＬ，ＡＬＬ和ＣＭＬ相关联。

| Abstract: | Serum haptoglobin polymorphism were studieb by disk polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in 192 leukemie patients and and controls.The results revealed a significant increase of HP1 genefrquency in patients with ANLL,ALL and CML,but no with CLL There are relatively high corelation between the genotype HP1 (HP1-1 phenotype) and leukemia.The relative odds(O.R) is1.82 and the 95% confidence interval is from 1.32to 2.45.The immune inferriority of Hp1-1 phenotype(or genotype HP1) may contribute to the facilitate leukemogenesis in human. |
