| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年原发性高血压病患者24h动态血压参数对判断靶器官损害的意义。方法收集2002年1月至2004年12月住院的老年原发性高血压患者105,男66例,女39例。其中靶器官受损组(TOD)61例,靶器官未受损组(n-TOD)44例。所有患者均作24h动态血压监测。结果TOD组收缩压、脉压、收缩压变异性大于n-TOD组(p<0.05),舒张压和舒张压变异性在两组间未见明显差异(p>0.05)。结论老年原发性高血压患者收缩压、脉压和收缩压变异性对靶器官的损害比舒张压对靶器官的损害意义大。

| Abstract: | objective To investigate the predictive value of the ambulatory blood pressure monitoring parameters on target-organ damages in aged patients with hypertension.Methods All of the 105 aged patients with hypertension were divided into two groups,the target organ damages group(n=61 age 66.3±3.7) and the non-target organ damages group(n=44 age 65.2±4.8).All are performed with ABPM(ambulatory blood pressure monitoring).Results There were significant differences in systolic pressure(SBP)、pulse pressure(pp) and systolic pressure variability(SBPV) between the TOD and n-TOD groups(p<0.05).Conclusion SBP、PP、SBPV and TOD in aged hypertensive patients are significant pertinence.They are useful indexes of TOD. |
