白芍总甙降低小鼠和大鼠体温作用及其机理初步探讨

摘    要:白芍总甙(5~40mg/kg,ip)呈剂量依赖式地降低小鼠和大鼠正常体温,作用高峰在1/2~1h,其降温作用受环境温度影响。但白芍总甙(40mg/kg,ip或iv)对正常豚鼠和家兔无明显降温作用。大鼠侧脑室微量注射白芍总甙(2、4mg/kg)有明显降温作用。H_1-组胺受体阻断剂氯苯吡胺(10、20mg/kg,sc)可明显拮抗白芍总甙对大鼠和小鼠的降温作用。

Abstract:Total glucosides of paeony root ( TGPs ) ( 5 ~40mg/kg, ip ) had a dose-related hypothermal effect in mice and rats, which was related to the environment temperature. But TGPs ( 40mg/kg, ip or iv ) showed no significant hypothermal effect in guinea-pigs or rabbits. TGPs ( 2, 4 mg/kg, icv ) had a potential hypothermal effect in rats. Chlopheniramine had antagonist effect on hypothermal effect of TGPs in mice and rats.
