| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肺炎患儿心肌酶谱变化及临床意义。方法:测定98例患儿血清心肌酶谱,单纯性肺炎62例,肺炎合并心衰36例。结果:单纯肺炎组心肌酶明显异常,且肺炎合并心衰组心肌酶谱异常程度明显重于单纯肺炎组。结论:小儿肺炎多数伴有心肌损害,重症肺炎时损害更严重,心肌酶谱测定可作为判断小儿肺炎病情轻重的一个指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the changes on pneumonia myocardium ferment staff of children and its clinical significance. Methods: The serum myocardium ferment staff of 98 children were determined who suffered from pneumonia, including 62 cases of simple pneumonia and 36 cases of the compliatim of pneumonia and heart failure. Results: Myocardium ferment in the group of simple pneumonia appeared abnormal while myocardium ferment in the group of the compilation appears even more abnormal. Conclusion: Most children' s myocardium is impaired as they suffer from pneumonia. Serious pneumonia will bring about more serious damage to myocardium. Determining myocardium ferment staff can be regarded as a target when we try to decide whether the sick children' s condition is serious or not. |
