| 摘 要： | 通过11例眼底荧光素血管造影术,观察中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜炎新生血管的特征。11例患者异常血管荧光均出现在视网膜动脉充盈之前,说明是起源于脉络膜的新生血管。利用快速连续荧光素眼底血管造影技术,对其中7例进行了脉络膜起始部位的初步研究,证明新生血管可来自脉络膜血管的任一层次。

| Abstract: | The clinical pictur of 11 casess (11 eyes) of central exudative choroido-retinitis is presented in this paper, We evaluated the distribution and size of neovascular membrane in 7 cases (7 eyes) of central, exudative choroidoretinitis by means of rapid serial flubrescein angiography. We also tried to identify the specific choroidal layer from which the neovascularization originated.The neovascular network seemed to originate from the choroidal artery in 4 eyes (57%), from the precapillary arteriole in 2 eyes (28%), and from the choriocapil-laris in 1 eye.There is a significant correlation between the site of the origin and the size of neovascular tissue. Neovascularizations originating from the choroidal artery were equal to or smaller than 2/3 papillary diameter (PD) in size, while those originating from the precapillary arterioles or the choriocapillaries were less than 2/3 PD in diameter. |
