卵母细胞的细胞质体外成熟的观察指标

摘    要:卵母细胞体外成熟(IVM)培养过程中还存在很多问题,胞核和胞质成熟的不同步直接影响了卵母细胞的发育能力,从而影响了IVM的成功率。在探讨人未成熟卵母细胞IVM的各种影响因素时,对细胞质成熟一直缺乏有效的观察、评价指标,从而影响了研究进程。本文就IVM中卵母细胞成熟胞质的一般形态、超微结构以及可能影响胞质成熟的特异性表达基因做简要综述。

Abstract:Many factors influence the process of in-vitro maturation (IVM) of oocytes. The successful development of the oocytes depends on the coordination of oocyte nuclear and cytoplasmic maturation. Until now no effective markers can ensure the assessment of cytoplasmic maturation of oocyte. The article reviewed the general morphology and ultrastructure of oocyte matured cytoplasm, and specially expressed genes which may influence cytoplasmic maturation in IVM.
