超声心动图评价卡维地洛和依那普利对慢性心力衰竭大鼠心功能的影响

摘    要:目的 本研究主要应用高频超声评价卡维地洛和依那普利对阿霉素诱导的慢性心力衰竭大鼠心脏结构和功能的影响.方法 大鼠分为4组(阿霉素组12只、阿霉素 卡维地洛组12只、阿霉素 依那普利组12只和对照组8只),腹腔注射及药物灌胃建立动物模型.超声心动图检测心功能,光镜观察心肌病理变化.结果 阿霉素组与对照组相比,左室舒张期末、收缩期末内径显著扩大(P<0.01),射血分数及短轴缩短率显著降低(P<0.01).卡维地洛和依那普利能明显改善这些异常.阿霉素组病理结果显示心肌细胞空泡变性、局部心肌细胞溶解、心肌纤维断裂以及间质水肿;卡维地洛组和依那普利组病变较轻,病理积分显著小于阿霉素组.结论 多普勒超声结果表明卡维地洛和依那普利能有效改善阿霉素心肌病大鼠心功能,与病理结果相一致.

Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of carvedilol and enalapril on left ventricular geometry and function in rats with adriamycin-induced chronic heart failure by Doppler echocardiography.Methods Eight control rats,12 rats with chronic heart failure caused by adriamycin,12 rats admitted with adriamycin and carvedilol and 12 rats admitted with adriamycin and enalapril were involved in the study.To establish animal model by intraperitoneal injection and intragastric admini,stration.Cardiac,function of rats were tested using echocardiography,myocardial pathologic changes were observed with microscope.Results In the adriamycin-treated group,as compare to the control group,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and end-systolic diameter were significantly increased(P<0.01),ejection fraction and fractional shortening were significantly decreased(P<0.01).Carvedilol and enalapril improved them significantly.In the adriamycin-treated group,the pathological slices showed myocardial cell vacuolar denaturation,myocardial myocytolysis,myocardial fiber rupture and interstitial edema.A significant reduction in cardiac muscle cell lesions was detected when carvedilol or enalapri1 was given.Conclusion Doppler echocardiography showed that carvedilol and enalapril improved cardiac function of rats with adriamycin-induced chronic heart failure,and the result is concordant with pathology.
