| 摘 要： | 目的探讨磁吸针治疗Bell麻痹的临床效果。方法将444例Bell麻痹患者随机分成两组,治疗组采用磁吸针治疗,对照组采用针灸治疗。结果治疗组治愈率（91.9%）、有效率（100.0%）高于对照组（70.9%、83.2%）,两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论磁吸针治疗Bell麻痹效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Magnetic needle in Bell paralysis.Methods 444 cases of Bell paralysis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： magnetic needle treatment group and acupuncture control group.Results Cure rate（91.9%） and effective rate（100.0%）in treatment group was markedly higher than those of control group（70.9%,83.2%）,and there was obvious difference between the two groups.Conclusion Magnetic needle has a remarkable effect in treatment of Bell paralysis. |
